My Life-Got-Me-Tired Fatigue Cure

On a scale of one to ten, how much Fatigue do you have?
I think we’ve all gotten a big taste of entrepreneur or solopreneur life over the last couple of years. We’ve likely worked from home and have adjusted to new “coworkers” and routines and annoyances.
By now you’ve either settled in or are still resisting or finding the fluctuation between the two.
For me, I’ve had to pull deep my resources to get reset in my workflow. That begins with a daily practice. This practice saves my mornings. This practice looks different for everyone. It might be simple as putting a positive thought in your head and making a to-do list and adding in some gratitude. It might be, like me, a more comprehensive checklist of items that I tick off in the day. For me, it’s not always the timing of the items, but that I do them. The one non-negotiable is to put a positive thought in my head before I let myself wake up. I take my thyroid medication and while I have my water and wait to have coffee, I think about how I want to feel, read a devotional, maybe watch something funny. But I try to not go down the rabbit hole of social media just yet. I don’t always do it perfectly. But the practice is learning to see how you respond to what you are doing.
And my friendships and texts and DMs are another key to sanity. This pic was taken by a friend of mine on a Zoom call, in fact. I just love it. I am grateful for the connection and that’s all I have to say.
Would you like me to help you develop yours? I can do that. Even show you how to make it a system you will love.
Be the light. Be a friend. Find your flow. I love you.
