I will always be able to sit in my truth because I am consistently checking my intentions and motives and heart. I live and love by a code because of the family and faith of which I was raised — and I further developed this code out of my own experiences of my many years on this earth and making choices and taking actions that are in line with that code. It’s my code. Unique to me.

At the same time as I am unshakable, I am also soft and I practice high empathy with people and situations. I take an eagle eye view when called for and this makes me a good advisor for businesses and in my life coaching. I also know my worth and value which means I can’t be manipulated by others.

Is this me bragging? No. It’s letting you know more about who I am and to tell you that this is something I’ve had to practice my entire life. But it’s worth practicing because it’s so freeing. When you know who you are you and what you stand for and are willing to evolve and change, THEN you can fly. I want to see you fly.
